In relation to the fair price paid, it was low budget place to stay with terrific service. Staff were caring and enthusiastic made my stay really really nice. Location short walk to the ocean and beach and the center.

We enjoyed the modern furniture and absolutely perfect location. Sensational breakfast was a bonus. It was cool, the room was warm and had a quiet bed. All of the hotel staff members were responsive & outstandingly accommodating.

Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, had fun experience. Staff was competent, rooms were cheap, property was small. Food was good and yummy. Relaxed by the pool, it was clean, especially when the weather was warm. Had no problem using their good parking, the internet was complimentary.

You will be about a 5-minute drive from old orchard beach. A huge variety of food, which was appetising to satisfy everyone. Hotel's housekeeper helped us a lot!
